Cursor does not go back with back-button when using bullets

Hello everybody,I'm having some problems with the bullets not going back to its standard position when using the back-button. It goes straight to the upper line. Until yesterday the cursor went back to the left edge of the document. Furthermore, I am unable to make more smaller bullets with using the tab-button. I already tried to set back the format template, unsuccessfully. What can I do to solve this problem? Below I visualized my problem. I want "test" to be like "hello" with using the back-button, not next to the other "text".Kind regards and thank you for your help,JoëlleFrom this.......

 Ich habe die Situation genommen. Ich habe versucht, mit Word genau das gleiche Szenario auf einem M1-MAC zu erstellen.
 
 Ich habe dieses Problem nicht reproduzieren können. Es scheint, dass es Probleme mit der Speicherverwaltung auf dem MAC geben könnte. Ich würde vorschlagen, dass Sie versuchen, das System neu zu starten und zu sehen, ob das Problem danach auftritt. Ein Neustart des Systems ist sehr effektiv, um den RAM zu löschen, wo das Problem liegen könnte. Das Herunterfahren des Computers funktioniert hier wirklich gut.

Genaue Version von Office haben Sie: Informationen zu Office: Welche Version von Office verwende ich? - Office-Support (microsoft.com)= Mac Hier sind zwei verschiedene Versionen aufgeführt.
 Auf dem Mac können Sie einen Screenshot erstellen, indem Sie Befehlstaste + Umschalttaste + 4 drücken und einen Abschnitt ohne private Informationen auswählen

Of course,

Since I have a separate domain with e-mail, the Outlook.com account is not my main and not my only account.
So I had to perform step 2 in the tutorial.

I have the IMAP mail accounts re-set up.

So now I am back on the green field and can try to set up the Outlook.com account.

How do I add the account via "e-mail account" or via "manual configuration or additional service types"?

I have log myself correctly.

The direct way "e-mail account" does not go my e-mail address is ***** is and no @ Outlook.com address.
My account with Microsoft is my e-mail address *****

Therefore, somehow simply can not work.

Frustration....

 thanks for your fast response and apologies for replying so late. Meanwhile I did some testing on that issue.
 
 I can delete another standard group (e.g. "New") in the ribbon. This seems to be permanent. It does not come back automatically. As far as testet, the Group "Language" is the only one with this special behavior: I can delete the group but after some time it's back again. So there is something working in the background which overwrites my adaption. But what and where to change?

"I did a McAfee update this morning: with MS support we found that, removing it, Word is working well again. Re-installing McAfee = problem back. I open an issue with McAfee support right now."
