Download Office Home and Business 2010

Ich habe eine Product Key Card von Office Home and Business 2010, bei der keine Installations-DVD dabei ist. Da ich meinen Rechner wechsle, möchte ich die Installationsdatei herunterladen. Dazu gebe ich auf folgendem Link den Key ein: https://www.microsoft.com/de-de/software-download/office

Seit Wochen erhalte ich aber nur eine nicht näher bezeichnete Fehlermeldung und kann die Datei nicht downloaden. Hierfür kann es meiner Meinung nach nur folgende Gründe geben:

1) Der Download ist generell nicht mehr möglich. Falls ja: Gibt es eine Alternative?

2) Der Fehler entsteht, weil ich noch eine Office-Installation auf dem alten Rechner mit dem Product-Key habe. Hierfür brauche ich aber Gewissheit, da ich auf das Office angewiesen bin. Deinstalliere ich die Version auf dem alten Rechner und kann diese nicht auf dem neuen Rechner installieren, habe ich ein Problem.

Hallo Thomas,

Ich habe die Office Home and Business 2010 Software als CD vorliegen und keinen Download gemacht und es trat bisher jedesmal kurz nach dem Betätigen des "SetUp.exe" auf.

Auf dem Rechner ist die MS Office Home and Student 2007 Version installiert.

Für jede Installation von Microsoft Office 2010 Home and Business ist ein gesonderter Produkt-Key erforderlich.

Vor Aktivierung von Microsoft Office 2010 Home and Business muss der Produkt-Key selbstverständlich geändert werden. Dieses erfolgt unter "Systemsteuerung, Programme und Funktionen, Microsoft Office 2010 Home and Business, Ändern, Produkt-Key ändern...".

Konnte Microsoft Office 2010 Home and Business anschließend vom Image aktiviert werden?

Starte Microsoft Windows neu.

Bitte gebe auf der folgenden Seite am unteren Seitenrand deinen Produkt-Key zu Microsoft Office 2010 Home and Business ein:

Lade Microsoft Office 2010 Home and Business herunter und beginne die Installation.

Es handelt sich um die Version Office Home and Business 2010. Nicht 2016. Bei der 2010er Version war Access und Publisher durchaus inbegriffen.

Ja, verguckt, sorry. Über die 2010er Version ist nicht mehr viel online zu finden und wenn, ist ebenfalls keine Rede von Access/Publisher, z.B.

Du kannst auch mal probieren, über
diese Seite nach Eingabe des Schlüssels deine Version nochmal runterzuladen.
