hi, one of my email adresses is locked cuz of security issues. im getting told to send a code to the "security email adress" but i dont have that one cuz i deleted it cuz i had too many to keep track of. so there is no way to get into my email account without giving you informations like "WHOM DID I SENT EMAILS TO LATELY".i dont send emails EVER so how you want me to restore it? ask me other questions, i only need it to get into a game that is linked with this email account. after that you can delete this one too

viele Möglichkeiten könnte die Ursache sein, das die Emails nicht ankommen.
Die Domaine könnte geblockt sein von einem Security Tool oder anderes.

Gibt es denn eine Fehlermeldung, das die Email nicht versendet werden kann(Error Code)?

Nachdem du die IP-Adresse geändert hat, brauchst du jetzt neue Sendezuverlässigkeit mit dem "Exchange Online Protection" Dienst

aufbauen. Am besten setzte die DNS Einträge wie
SPF,
DKIM und
DMARC.

Hast du die Anleitung bis zum Ende
gefolgt, die Adresse übermittelt, eine E-Mail auf der betroffenen Adresse bekommen, den Link dort angeklickt und dann im
Listenentfernungsportals auf "IP aus Liste entfernen" geklickt?

Hallo,

ich habe nur Security Update gelesen und sage dir Löschen, Finger weg, Phishing Mail.

Es gibt kein Security Update für outlkook.com. Selbst wenn würdest du davon nichts mitbekommen da dieses Update wenn überhaupt nur auf den Microsoft Servern stattfinden würde.

Irgendwie habe ich das Problem noch gestern lösen können. Deine Tipps sind aber sehr hilfreich und ich werde gerne drauf zurückkommen, wenn das Problem erneut erscheinen sollte.

An sich war es eine einfache Geschichte: Jemand hat laut Outlook versucht, sich mit meinem Account einzuloggen. Danach habe ich meine Sicherheitsinformationen (konkret meine zweite Email) geändert und es folgte eine 30-Tage-Frist, in der mein User-Name automatisch
durch die Bezeichnung "Security Update" ersetzt wurde, was an sich schon schlimm war (viele Empfänger haben meine Email automatisch gelöscht, weil sie nicht wussten, wer der Absender war).

Nach Ablauf dieser Frist habe ich eine Bestätigung erhalten, dass alles okay sei und keine weiteren Schritte notwendig seien. Trotzdem erschien beim Empfänger anstelle meines Usernamen weiterhin die komische Bezeichnung "Security Update". Nach weiteren zwei
Wochen hatte ich keine Lust mehr zu warten und habe mit Outlook Kontakt aufgenommen - eine sonst freundliche Dame konnte leider auch nicht helfen. Danach habe ich erneut meine Profilinformationen aktualisiert und mehrere Mails an den Technischen Support geschrieben.
Gestern Abend habe ich meinen Usernamen endlich "zurückbekommen" ...

Alles in allem unnötiger Stress, den man hätte mit einer besseren Kundenbetreuung vermeiden können. (entweder auf die Bezeichnung "Security Update" verzichten oder sie nach Ablauf der 30-Tage-Frist automatisch wieder ändern).

Noch einmal vielen Dank für Deine Tipps - man weiß ja nie, was noch kommen kann.
