Note, your code puts your textbox, not in-line-with text, in the top right corner of your document. If that is where you want it, the building block can create it there.

You still have not explained why you want to do this with a macro.

I know of no way to, using vba, directly insert a content control mapped to that node. someone else may. The only way I can do it is using a Building Block.

If you are seeing Save Copy, you are operating with a document on OneDrive or SharePoint.

Try using Word on a file saved to your hard drive rather than the cloud. Any difference?

Try the F12 key if you are running a desktop version. Try that before the idea of saving and opening from the computer.

1.) This is the German section of the Answers Forum, i.e. "Wir sprechen hier Deutsch".

If you prefer English or any other language, please make your choice in the upper right corner next to your name.

2.) This way of referring to a word document works in a URL like way, i.e. your entry in Windows Explorer needs to be something like
file://PathToYourDocument#Bookmark. (Instead of the usual http://server/file)

I.e your format is probably almost correct.

I have never tried something like that, but only read in a recent Excel Reference that this is the way to refer to specific entries in a Word document by a link from within an Excel file. Thus I assume it should also work in a similar way from Explorer.

ich hatte auch das Problem, das Word 2013 auf einem neuen Computer, Windows 7, in einem ganz neuen Dokument ohne irgendwelche special features (außer Fußnoten) unglaublich langsam auf Tastatureingaben reagiert hat.



Die hier bisher gegebenen Hilfestellungen haben mir nicht geholfen.



Für mich hat allerdings folgende Lösung funktioniert, die ich im Netz gefunden habe:



"I'm using Windows 8, and found a different solution there:

• Using the search-word "edit", I found "Edit system environment variables".
  
• That took me to the "System Properties" screen.
• Under "Performance" I selected "Settings", which brought up the "Performance Settings" screen.
  
• I deselected the "Animate controls and elements inside Windows" option.
  
• After restarting the computer, I brought up Excell, and it was totally fixed."
