Hallo,

bei der Überschrift des Words nach der Ausgabe als PDF oder beim Drucken bekomme diese Meldung

Wie soll ich diesen Fehler beheben?

Hallo Galin,

das Dokument wird nicht heruntergeladen.

Aus der SharePoint Bibliothek wird das Word Dokument über das Drei-Punkte Menü als Vorschau geöffnet. Die Anzeige der Kopfzeile ist dann korrekt.

Aus der Vorschau wird Drucken ausgwählt. Jetzt wird das Dokument in ein PDF gewandelt, Ausschnitt aus der Browser URL:

https://northeurope1-mediap.svc.ms/transform/pdf?provider=spo&inputFormat=docx&cs=fFNQTw&docid=

Jetzt wird die Kopfzeile mit der Fehlermeldung angezeigt:

Error! Use the Home tab to apply Überschrift 1 to the text that you want to appear here.

Das ist unabhängig vom Browser und ist auf anderen Rechnern auch so.

Gehe bitte wie folgt vor:

Wechseln Sie zum Tab "Referenzen"> "Untertitel einfügen" Wählen Sie die gewünschte Beschriftung unter "Optionen" Klicken Sie auf "Nummerierung" Ändern Sie den Überschriftsstil für die Kapitelnummer, die Sie einschließen möchten

Sag uns doch bitte, ob das zur Lösung geführt hat und melde dich gerne wieder, wenn du noch Hilfe brauchst.

Vielen Dank für Ihre Antwort. Leider konnte ich Ihre Beschreibung der Lösung nicht verfolgen.

Ich kann das "Untertitel einfügen" unter Referenzen nicht finden.

Du verwendest offenbar ein mit einer deutschen Version erstelltes Dokument mit einer US-Version von Word.

Da in der Fehlermeldung "Überschrift 1" erwähnt wird, solltest Du zum korrigieren in die Kopfzeile gehen, Alt+F9 drücken und im nun angezeigten Funktionsfeld das Wort "Überschrift" löschen. Dann wieder Alt+F9, um zur Normalansicht zurückzukehren. Wenn keine
Änderung, nacheinander Strg+A, F9.

blende zunächst per Alt + F9 alle Feldfunktionen ein. Wie sieht das STYLEREF-Feld in der Kopfzeile aus? Auf welche Formatvorlage verweist es - "Heading 1" bzw. "Überschrift 1"? Gib lediglich eine "1" ein.
