    The annual subscription for EUR 20 was already active on my email account. Lately I kept getting messages that my inbox was full, even though a subscription was active. Today I couldn't receive any emails at all and I should have received dozens of emails!! I had to take out the subscription again and it took half an hour for my mailbox to work again.How can it be that I had to subscribe again despite having an active subscription?     I understand you would like to cancel Microsoft 365 subscription.

    Please understand that not all subscription can be cancelled from your Microsoft account. Also note that refunds are automatically processed and you should receive it within 3 - 5 days business days.

    Your subscription is eligible for refund if you bought an annual subscription within the last 30 days or you bought a monthly subscription and you're cancelling within 30 days of your last renewal date.

    To cancel Microsoft subscriptions

    1. Go to the Manage subscription page (https://account.microsoft.com/services) and if prompted, be sure to sign in with the same Microsoft account you used to purchase your Microsoft 365 subscription.

    2. Note: If you see a link that says Turn on recurring billing, this means your subscription is already set to expire on the date shown and you won't be automatically charged after this date. There's nothing further to do at this time and you can continue to use the product until your Microsoft 365 subscription expires.

    3. Select Cancel subscription (or it might say, Upgrade or cancel).

    4. Follow the instructions on the page to proceed with cancellation by turning off recurring billing. To review our complete cancellation policy, see https://go.microsoft.com/fwlink/p/?linkid=839716.

    2. Click Login and Contact Support at the bottom of the page.
    3. Log in with your Microsoft account.
    4. Under products and Services, select Microsoft 365 and Office Option.
    5. Under category, select Manage Subscription.
    6. Click "Chat with a support agent".

    On that page, do you see that your Subscription is active with the correct expiry date?

    Thankyou so much for the response.
    I purchased the Microsoft 365 single (1 year subscription) directly from lenovo germany offcial website along with my laptop.
    I do not get any error, but I am asked to add product key or purchase again a subscription .

    Thanks for you response. In your first message, you mentioned you purchased two subscriptions. If you purchased two subscriptions of the same type, (for example, two Microsoft 365 personal), the subscription will not work separately. What happens is, your subscription will be added to accumulate for the number it was purchased. If you bought two yearly subscriptions, one will not end before the other. Both subscriptions will be cumulated to run for two years.
    <br />Can you confirm when the subscription was purchased and how many of the orders says "redeemed" in your account?

    Where did you purchase the subscription from?

    If you purchased the subscription from Google or any other third party retailer, your subscription is with Google the third party retailer.

    When you try to activate Office 365, do you get an error message?
