In meinem Online Postfach, bei Outlook kommen die neuen Mails außer Spam-Mails die "normalen Emails" laden auch nicht im Spam nicht an. An meinem Handy Iphone 13 mini App-Programm kommen sie an. Alle Speicher sind fast leer der Microsoft Storage hat 0,8 Gb von 5 Gb und der Email-Speicher ist mit 0,6 Gb von 15 Gb belegt. Was soll ich machen?

Als erste Idee würde ich mir mal die Liste blockierter Absender anschauen:

mail.live.com > Zahnrad > Optionen > Sichere und blockierte Absender

Schauen Sie auch in

Kann man dieses Problem mal bald beheben? Ich komme weder an alte noch an neue eMails.

Hallo Elena,

das glaube ich nicht, denn ich habe gesamt 4 Weiterleitungen vom Anbieter auf @outlook.com und @outlook.at Adressen. 2 davon funktionieren tadellos und bei 2 kommt eben nichts an.

Ich habe von meinem Anbieter ein Protokoll bekommen, in dem der outlook Server die Übernahme bestätigt.

Könnt ihr mir denn nicht sagen, was mit den Mails passiert?

Es gibt ja auch keine Fehlermeldung zurück - wo sind die mails dann geblieben???

Wie kann ich euch den Protokoll-Auszug zukommen lassen, damit ihr das prüfen könnt?
