Exchange 2010 Hybrid Migration Office 365: Transient error TimeoutErrorTransientException...

Hallo,

es geht um eine Hybrid Migration von einem SBS2011 mit Exchange 2010 CU17 zu Office 365.
AAD Sync ist eingerichtet und läuft.
Allerdings gibt es Probleme bei der Migration der Postfächer. Sobald dieser etwas größer sind (100MB) geht es nicht.

Internetanbindung: 50Mbits/down und 5Mbits up.
TCP KeepAliveTime auf 5 Minuten.

Kein TMG im Einsatz!

Fehler:"Transient error TimeoutErrorTransientException has occurred. The system will retry"

Log einer erfolgreichen Migration (selbst da dauert es schon ewig für ein 135KB mailbox):

Ich weiß im Moment nicht, wo ich ansetzen soll, da das Log nicht wirklich viel hergibt...
Der Fehler scheint hier zu passieren:
Stage: LoadingMessages. Percent complete: 20.
Transient error TimeoutErrorTransientException has occurred.

Der Fehler tritt übrigens bei allen Postfächern auf.

Hallo Georgi,

ich habe die Ursache gefunden: Dem Exchange war auf Port 443 ein Squid Reverse Proxy zum Schutz des OWA vorgeschaltet.

Nun geht Port 443 direkt auf den Exchange und damit klappt die Migration der Postfächer nun.

Komisch nur, dass es bei der ersten Mailbox trotzdem funktioniert hat...

Voraussetzungen für die Hybridbereitstellung.

Wie wird die Migration gestartet? Vom Exchange Admin Center oder die Remote PowerShell?

Bitte befolge die Anleitung vom Artikel "Verschieben von Postfächern zwischen lokalen und Exchange
Online-Organisationen in Hybridbereitstellungen".

Um wieviel Postfächer handelt es sich dabei? Was ist die Durchschnittsgröße eines Postfachs?

Damit das Problem genauer untersucht werden kann, benötige ich die Ausgaben (xml-Dateien) von folgende Befehle:

das Postfach nicht von einem anderen Batch (EXO) oder sogar intern zwischen Datenbanken oder Exchange-Servern verschoben wurde, indem der Befehl Get-MoveRequest -Identity "user" verwendet wird->
Es wurde keine Verschiebungsanforderung gefunden, die der angegebenen Identität 'Manuela xyz' entspricht.-> Single Server SBS2011 mit nur 1 DB

den Befehl "Test-MRSHealth" ausführen, um die Integrität des Postfachreplikationsdiensts
zu testen.

ob EWS korrekt im Internet veröffentlicht is. Stellen Sie sicher, dass Sie beim Herstellen einer Verbindung zu

https://mail.company.com/EWS/mrsproxy.svc vom Exchange-Server nach einer Authentifizierung gefragt werden und dass z. B. bei TMG/UAG keine Vorauthentifizierung vorhanden ist.

Ob die ExchangeGUID -Eigenschaft des Objekts Exchange Online mit der MailUser ExchangeGUID -Eigenschaft des lokalen Postfachs übereinstimmt.

Hier ist der Artikel.
-> scheint ebenfalls zu passen, die GUID ist identisch

Hast du noch weitere Ideen? Wie gesagt mit der Admin Mailbox mit knapp 400MB hat es auf anhieb geklappt...

Kann man die Netzwerktimeouts für Exchange 2010 auch modifizieren?

Soweit ich aus den Logs schlau werde scheint es ein Kommunikationsproblem zu geben:

TimeoutErrorTransientException: The call to 'https://remote.xyz.de/EWS/mrsproxy.svc SBS2011.xyz.local (14.3.336.0 caps:05FFFF)' timed out. Error details: The request channel timed out while waiting for a reply after 00:00:30.9526361.

Für Exchange 2010 habe ich leider keine Optionen gefunden die MSExchangeMailboxReplication.exe.config betreffend TimeOut anzupassen.

Message : Couldn't switch the mailbox into Sync Source mode.

This could be because of one of the following reasons:

Another administrator is currently moving the mailbox.

The mailbox is locked.

The Microsoft Exchange Mailbox Replication service (MRS) doesn't have the correct permissions.

Network errors are preventing MRS from cleanly closing its session with the Mailbox server. If this is the case, MRS may continue to encounter this error

for up to 2 hours - this duration is controlled by the TCP KeepAlive settings on the Mailbox server.

Wait for the mailbox to be released before attempting to move this mailbox again.

Beide Fehler sind auf der "Source" Seite, also lokal - nicht bei Office 365.

Der zweite Fehler konnte vom ersten verursacht werden. Siehe "Source
mailbox already being moved errors while moving mailboxes".

Folgendes sollte überprüft werden:

das Postfach nicht von einem anderen Batch (EXO) oder sogar intern zwischen Datenbanken oder Exchange-Servern verschoben wurde, indem der Befehl Get-MoveRequest -Identity "user" verwendet wird.

den Befehl "Test-MRSHealth" ausführen, um die Integrität des Postfachreplikationsdiensts
zu testen.

ob EWS korrekt im Internet veröffentlicht is. Stellen Sie sicher, dass Sie beim Herstellen einer Verbindung zu

https://mail.company.com/EWS/mrsproxy.svc vom Exchange-Server nach einer Authentifizierung gefragt werden und dass z. B. bei TMG/UAG keine Vorauthentifizierung vorhanden ist.

Ob die ExchangeGUID -Eigenschaft des Objekts Exchange Online mit der MailUser ExchangeGUID -Eigenschaft des lokalen Postfachs übereinstimmt.

Die Netzwerkverbindung könnte auch Probleme machen da die Werte aus dem Log schon hoch sind. Siehe:
