Can we invite extenal People (outside the Organisation or even without an O365 license) to see (and collaborate on) our Share Point Communication Site?

Die oben beschriebene Prozedur funktioniert mit alle externe E-Mail-Adressen.
Das ist die neue sichere externe Freigabe.

familiar to users who access secure internet sites that verify identity by sending a code by email or text message."

Vielen Dank für das Feedback. Also ich möchte einen Ordner freigeben und wähle "Teilen" und bei darauffolgenden Dialog ein Microsoft-Account. Dieses wird aber nicht "erkannt" (ein hotmail.com Account).

Habe ich nun zuwenig Rechte um den Folder zu teilen ("You need to be a Site Owner or have full control permissions to share a site with external users."). Wie kann ich dies überprüfen?

Links für externe Freigabe laufen in 7 Tagen ab.

"By default, any invitations you send to external users will expire in 7 days. If an invitee does not accept the invitation within 7 days, and you still want that person to have access to your site, you’ll need to send a new invitation." Und

Wann die Auswahlmöglichkeit in die anderen Browser kommt, kann ich leider nicht sagen.
