Fehler 0x80070643 bei der Installation von .Net Framework 4.7.1

Das ganze fing damit an dass sich die update kb4033342, kb4076492 und kb4055532 nicht über Windows update installieren liessen.

Danach habe ich das entsprechende FixIt Tool laufen lassen, keine Änderung.

Danach das dotnetfx_cleanup tool von Aaaron Stebner laufen lassen und habe die aktuellste Version geholt. Leider bekomme ich oben besagte Meldung.

Ich hoffe mir kann irgendjemand helfen.
