Gmail Alias

HI. Ich kann mit meiner Gmail Alias-Adresse Emails senden, aber nicht empfangen. Entsprechend kann ich meine Alias-Adresse auch nicht meinem Microsoft Outlook Client verbinden. Was kann ich machen?

Hallo,

outlook.com hat deine Adresse nicht gekapert. Du hast diese wahrscheinlich zur Einrichtung des outlook.com Kontos verwendet. outlook.com weiß nichts von deiner Gmail-Adresse so lange du diese nicht angibst.

https://account.microsoft.com -> Ihre Informationen -> Rufnummer und Adresse für die Anmeldung verwalten dort eine Adresse mit @outlook.com/de hinzufügen als Alias. Diesen Alias zum primären Alias machen 1 - 2 Tage warten und die Gmail Adresse dort entfernen.

da du die Art des Alias nicht verrätst muss ich meine Eule befragen.

Der gelöschte Alias war eine Fremdadresse? (T-Online, gmx, web, gmail)

Wenn ja ist der Alias gelöscht und kann nach 30 Tagen neu registriert werden.

Die sache ist, dass ich als primären Alias schon meine normale gmail adresse stehen habe.

Das ist nicht möglich. In diesem Fall wird ein Alias mit @outlook.com benötigt diesen Alias richtest du in Office Outlook ein.

Das GMail Konto kannst du in der Mail-App einrichten. Dort existiert ein Punkt extra für Google.

Da war jetzt wirr. Ich soll den Alias ändern und soll beachten, dass der Alias geändert werden kann???

Eigentlich will ich den Alias nicht ändern. Ich will wissen, warum immer wieder E-Mails nicht ankommen. Wenn ihr das nicht herausfinden und abstellen könnt, dann tut es mir für Microsoft leid und ich wechsel zu GMail o.Ä.
