Ich habe ein geschäftliches Gmail-Konto als IMAP-Konto zu Outlook Desktop/MS365 hinzugefügt. Im Outlook befinden sich bereits mehrere Konten u.a. Exchange Konten. Sämtliche Kalendereinladungen für dieses Gmail-Kontos werden nun automatisch mit meinem PRIVATEN !!! Outlook-Account verknüpft. Das heißt: bekomme ich eine Besprechungseinladung auf dieses Gmail-Konto, taucht diese sowohl im Gmail-Kalender als auch in meinem privaten Outlook-Kalender auf. Bestätige ich den Termin oder lehne ihn ab, erhält der Ersteller eine Nachricht von meiner privaten Outlook-Adresse. Ich habe beide Kalender

Was bedeutet denn "MS Konto"?

Ich habe die Verbindung nun aufgehoben und die Ordner entsprechend gelöscht.

Nochmal, wie gewünscht, mein Vorgehen mit GMail:

Ich habe das GMail-Konto verbunden und einen Ordner (inkl. Unterordner) von GMail erstellt.

Wenn ich nun eine E-Mail auf die GMail-Adresse in outlook.com erhalte, verschiebe ich diese in einen Ordner, der eigentlich aus GMail stammt. Ebenso lösche ich E-Mails in outlook.com im verbundenen GMail-Konto.

In outlook.com werden die E-Mails gelöscht oder die E-Mails in den Ordner verschoben.

Wenn ich mich aber nun im original GMail-Konto anmelde ist dies nicht von outlook.com zu GMail gesyncht. worden.

Hallo Claudio,

könntest Du bitte bestätigen ob Du meinst das in Deinem Gmail Konto Du nicht die gesendenten Emails lesen kannst? Also dass das Problem in Gmail und nicht Outlook liegt? Wenn ja, bitte überprüfe mit Gmail Support welche Einstellungen Du ändern musst, denn
es scheint dann an Einstellungen in Bezug auf dein Gmail Konto zu gehen. Bitte überpüfe auch ob Du IMAP Einstellungen korrekt aktiviert hast in Deinem Gmail Konto. Dabei sollte auch der Gmail Support dir helfen können dies korrekt zu bestätigen.

Bitte halte uns auf dem Laufenden und gib bescheid was Gmail Support dazu gemeint hat.

Dies hatte ich geschrieben: "Die würdest du erreichen, wenn du das GMail Konto mit outlook.com verbindest. Dies könntest du hier https://profile.live.com unter Hinzufügen machen."

Du verbindest outlook.com mit GMail so das die Daten untereinander ausgetauscht werden.

Office Outlook synchronisiert nicht.

Entweder du synchronisierst über ein outlook.com Konto oder ein outlook.com Konto in Verbindung mit GMail.

Weitere Möglichkeit da du das GMail-Konto als EAS Konto eingerichtet hast du synchronisierst über das GMail Konto.

Ich habe das Gmail Konto "entbunden", jetzt funktioniert es scheinbar. Vielen Dank dafür.. warum auch immer Gmail zur Einbindung angeboten wird..

Welchen Zweck hat die Online-Einbindung eines "Gmail"-Kontos? Wenn ich Gmail auf iPhone und Desktop im Outlook 2016 eingebunden habe, hat die Online-Einbindung keinen wirklichen Mehrwert?!

Dann schließe dein Konto doch. Anweisungen dazu im Post von Vlado.

Dein Gmail Konto bleibt davon unberührt.

Und wenn dein Gmail Konto nicht funktioniert dann wende dich an den Support von Gmail. Outlook.com holt nur deine Mails von dort ab.
