Guest users with private company email cannot access SharePoint

I have added three guests with a private company email with the domain companyname-china.com on my SharePoint Team site but they are not getting any invitation email from me nor they can access SharePoint with the link I provided and also they can't login to Microsoft. In office365 admin from active users I can see their email addresses in our directory and also their names show on the team site I added them to. But for some reason they are not being able to connect to Microsoft with their email accounts and get access. Any general emails from me are going to them but the SharePoint invitation emails aren't going to them. The issue is urgent it would be great if I could get a fast response.

Teams ist mehr für eine interne Kommunikation im Unternehmen gedacht. Wenn diese Kontakten Teams bereits haben, aber nicht in derselben Organisation sind, muss man die Kommunikation mit externe Benutzer

organisieren.

Du hast es erahnt. Da es sich um einen "Anonymous"-Link handelt, kann so eine Statistik nicht erstellt werden.

Zitat: "At this time, views are counted for internal, authenticated users only." und "Files shared with anonymous users or files available to users with guest permissions are not included.".

Hallo Daniel,
 
 die Einladung wird für externe (nicht Microsoft Nutzer) eine Guest Microsoft Account Erstellung anfordern. Dabei wird man seine eigene E-Mail-Adresse verwenden. Man muss nur ein Passwort ausdenken, merken und eingeben. Noch die E-Mail-Adresse mit einem Bestätigungscode verifizieren. Danach kann man den Zugriff mit eigener Adresse und das verwendete Passwort für das Microsoft Account anmelden. Der Vorgang soll gleich wie für MS Teams Guest Konten sein. Sehe das zweite Video (0:22.-0:52) im Artikel. Übrigens jedes Team in Microsoft Teams hat eigene SharePoint Seite, welche dafür verwendet werden kann.
