HELP! Cannot communicate with DNS server (fe80::1%10)

Hallo Zusammen,

ich repariere gerade ein Laptop eines Bekannten. Es ist ein ziemlich altes Model HP Pavilion dv9000.

Ich hatte windows vista ganz neu instaliert und Windows per telefonischer Angaben aktiviert, da das internet garnicht funktioniert.

Wenn ich den Laptop an den Router per LAN anschließe, erhalte ich die Fehlermeldung:

Cannot communicate with DNS server (fe80::1%10)

Networtk diagnostics pinged the remote host but did not receive a response.

Ich hatte bereits ganz google nach einer Lösung durchgesucht und so einiges Versucht (z.B. die IP per cmd zurücksetzen + Neustart)..leider erfolglos.

Ich wäre über jegliche Hilfe sehr dankbar!
