Hello,

how can i get unlisted from this "block list"? I tried to clarify this several time via the support form mentioned in, without success.

a shame that you closed this thread. However our mailserver has very good scoring is not blacklisted anywhere, we are using DKIM signature and SPF, no relay. Why is microsoft blocking our mailserver and why can you not unblock it?

Our users and customers rely that they get their E-Mail notifications.

Please help

As bounce back email suggests, you should contact your email provider and show him the message that you are receiving with the link to what he needs to do in order for IP to be whitelisted

Ich habe noch einen weiteren Test gemacht und eine email von einem t-online mailserver an meine hotmail und meine google Adresse gesendet.

Bei google kam die email an aber auf meinem hotmail Konto nicht!!!!

Der t-online server erstellte folgende Nachricht:

Es nervt. Ich kann nicht verstehen, warum es Menschen gibt, die outlook oder hotmail verweden. Versuche vergeblich eine Mail an eine @hotmail.com Adresse von @t-online.de zu senden.

Hallo,

seit einigen Tagen werden E-Mails an Adressen @hotmail.de oder @outlook.com nicht zugestellt.

Zuerst erhält man diese Benachrichtigung:

Your message could not be delivered for more than 4 hour(s).

It will be retried until it is 5 day(s) old.

Einige Zeit später dann die Meldung, dass gar keine Zustellung möglich ist. Meldung:

outlook-com.olc.protection.outlook.com[] said: Unfortunately, messages from [] weren't sent. Please contact your Internet service provider since part of their network is on our block list (S3150).

Mein Server bzw. die IP-Adresse steht auf keinerlei Blacklists und hat eine gute Reputation, deswegen verstehe ich den Hinweis mit "is on our block list" auch nicht.

Wenn meine E-Mail-Adresse beim Empfänger gespeichert ist, geht die E-Mail durch!?

Auch habe ich auf einen Tipp hin für die versendende Domain folgenden Eintrag gesetzt:

v=spf1 mx a ptr ?all

Allerdings scheint das nicht zu helfen.

Das betrifft 20 - 30 unterschiedliche Empfängeradresse bei Outlook/Hotmail, alle anderen Empfänger funktionieren.

Hat jemand ein Idee?
