so my E-mail Adress got changed but not from me and cant get in the account so what can i do please help me!!! so i got the name of the new E-mail now but it says that my account got locked because i typed the wrong password

Yea this is what I am trying to do. But when I do this, I only get a mesage about adding my e-mail account and not the microsft account asosiatet with that e-mail.

That is the way how to do for the desktop software.
I would like to change my Sending-Name in the Outlook Android App, especially for my Yahoo-Account what I connected to the App.

No the answer was not helpfull.
All the answers in the online formular where answered.
The information in the online formular where answered correctly.
I do not understand what information the computer support wants.
I get most of my bills on this account - so I really do need the information.
Therefore i need human support.
Do you know what does support need, so that I can verify that the hotmail account is mine?
Do you know if a human support is at all availible a Microsoft - and how they can be reached?
