How do I go Ad-free? Cannot connect new Outlook to my Microsoft account

Hey, I want to go ad-free in the new Outlook App. I already have Microsoft 365. I have paid €69 twice via Paypal once accidentally from the app when I thought it would stop me and recognise I already had a subscription, but I am still being asked to buy another subscription. What am I doing wrong? I have Microsoft 365 Personal. Outlook wants me to purchase Microsoft 365 Basic instead? Does anyone know what is going on?  So I should create a new profile, I understood.
 How can I do this? My current profile has 5 different email accounts embedded. I would not like to mess it up. So how can I "park" it and create a new profile for testing with a new email account connection?

That is the way how to do for the desktop software.
I would like to change my Sending-Name in the Outlook Android App, especially for my Yahoo-Account what I connected to the App.

Of course,

Since I have a separate domain with e-mail, the Outlook.com account is not my main and not my only account.
So I had to perform step 2 in the tutorial.

I have the IMAP mail accounts re-set up.

So now I am back on the green field and can try to set up the Outlook.com account.

How do I add the account via "e-mail account" or via "manual configuration or additional service types"?

I have log myself correctly.

The direct way "e-mail account" does not go my e-mail address is ***** is and no @ Outlook.com address.
My account with Microsoft is my e-mail address *****

Therefore, somehow simply can not work.

Frustration....
