How to access bios settings with Bluetooth Keyboard??

Hello everyone,recently I had a few overclocking problems with my PC. I know this has nothing to do with my Windows 10 but my problem is, that I use the Surface keyboard via Bluetooth, no cable no nothing. And to access the bios settings before windows is starting, i need to press f2 on my keyboard. But the bluetooth only connects if windows is running...... I feel kinda bad but I've fixed this by restarting my PC and then he usually overclocks as normal. No need to access bios anymore. Now, I'm not sure if this is a good way to get rid of said problem since it happens quite frequently. Does a
