As I wrote reparing office 2010 with the original CD didn't.

Installing new may work but is a big effort which I try to avoid, esepecially in the case of outlook and many email accounts.

To find the source of the problem I uninstall the outlook updates KB4011196, KB2760779 and KB2553308 and outlook 2010 runs without problems.

I will take this simple solution as a first approach, but I would be glad about a more sophisticated one without considerable effort for me.
