I have a new version of office (365 home) however when I try to install it, my microsoft account displays the old product key and I am unable to change it

ich konnte das Problem reproduzieren indem ich bei Version 2302 bei dem es funktioniert hat, ein Rollback auf eine ältere Version gemacht habe (dieser Anleitung folgend How to Revert Office 365 to a Previous Version – InnerPC (zendesk.com)). Leider habe ich bei den betreffenden Systemen nicht die Möglichkeit Updates zu machen da diese im Semi-Annual Enterprise Channel sind und hier die neueste Version Version 2208 ist...
Somit fürchte ich, dass wir warten müssen bis im Juli das neue Update verteilt wird...

Hallo Fremo, Mehrere Leute haben dieses Problem gemeldet. Es scheint durch ein kürzliches Update für Office verursacht worden zu sein. Der einzige Vorschlag zu diesem Zeitpunkt besteht darin, das neueste Office-Update zurückzusetzen. https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/topic/how-t...

Das Problem liegt darin, dass im Patch vom Oktober 2016 ein Fehler betreffend der Ausführung von Makros ist. Somit muss das Office auf die Version September 2016 zurückgestellt werden. Dies erfolgt wie folgt:

1. Update Funktion im Office stoppen (z.B. aus Word - Datei - Konto)

2. Die Office Version Oktober wird mittels folgendem Befehl auf die September Version zurück gestellt:

"C:\Program Files\Common Files\microsoft shared\ClickToRun\officec2rclient.exe" /update user updatetoversion=16.0.7341.2035

das Phänomen wird intern bereits untersucht; in der Zwischenzeit möchte ich dir eine Rückkehr zu einer vorherigen Version raten:

Tasten Windows + R gleichzeitig drücken
cd %programfiles%\Common Files\Microsoft Shared\ClickToRun
officec2rclient.exe /update user updatetoversion=16.0.7571.2109

Damit die Aktualisierung nicht unnötig erneut installiert wird, ist es empfehlenswert, die automatischen Aktualisierungen zu deaktivieren:

Öffne Outlook und klicke auf Datei
Klicke auf Office-Konto
Klick auf Updateoptionen
Klick auf Update deaktivieren

Guten Morgen,

Leider gibt es keine Möglichkeit das zu Verändern.

Du kannst das Update zurücksetzen.

Hier eine Anleitung.

Es wird aber der Zeitpunkt kommen, sollte keine Funktion hinzugefügt werden, das das Update unausweichlich ist.
