Hallo,

das Problem "HTML format is lost after saving as an MSG file in Exchange 2013" ist ebenfalls in Exchange 2016 vorhanden.

Version: 15.1 (Build 845.34)

Hallo fokker1920,

Das Briefpapier muss vorher wie folgt gespeichert werden:

1. Das Briefpapier muss im HTML-Format (in Word als html speichern) erstellt werden

2. Entsprechende Dateien (auch evtl. verwendete Grafiken) kopieren und dann einfügen in: C:\Programme\Common Files\Microsoft shared\Stationery

3. Dann in Outlook unter Extras -> Optionen ->Email-Format->Briefpapier und Schriftarten->Design einfach das eigene Briefpapier aus der Auswahlliste auswählen.

Hallo,

wir haben festgestellt, dass auch beim Speichern der E-Mail im Format msg HTML-E-Mails ins Format Nur-Text konvertiert werden.

Vielleicht fällt hierzu jemandem etwas ein.

Hallo alex594,

öffne die E-Mail bitte per Doppelklick. Klicke auf Weiterleiten, wechsle dann zum Reiter "Text formatieren". Wähle unter Format "HTML" aus und versende die E-Mail.

Einen anderen Workaround wüsste ich auch nicht.
