I can't seem to find my old E-mails.

Hallo Outlook Team,

I have realised that I only have emails from this month December 2017 in my Inbox. I have tried to look for all of my old emails and I cannot find them. I am 100% sure I did not delete them, if at all it was by choice and I have a lot of previous important emails that I still need in my inbox. Kindly help me with this problem.

1.) My email account has also not been inactive. I login everyday so this cannot be the reason why you may have deleted them.

2.) I again emphasis that I did not delete the emails, hence they can not be found in the deleted folder either. They are very important emails and I need them back in my inbox please.

A prompt reply will be highly appreciated.

Thank u a lot ^^ This fixed it. I was worried my account was still somehow connected to the old email, as that would be quite bad in this case, but it seems it's alright now and my primary email is properly used now.

Thanks for your answer. Unfortunately this arrow never appears and I can't drag the grey area. I know that this works in word, but in this e-mail it doesn't seem to work that way.
