I haven't received any emails on my Hotmail address since about 24.6

<br />Thank you so much! I thought all my data was stored locally in my .pst file, but apparently Outlook did use a Microsoft Exchange Server. I logged on to Outlook Live through my regular Microsoft account, using an email address that is neither a Hotmail nor an Outlook.com address. But when I am logged on to Outlook Live, it does show an outlook.com address, which I don't remember ever creating and which consists of seemingly random letters and numbers. Now I don't know how to add this account to my local Outlook...

Unfortunately I do not work on an installed version of forms.
I work on the browser-solution via Chrome.
Here I can't find any option to update my version -> guess it should be the latest one anyway?
Also I do not see anything about branching in the settings of my form.

May I know if you have reached your IT department or admin on your company about this issue? Perhaps they can help you out in removing the email address from the system.

Also, the personal email address that you have used, is it a personal domain (i.e. outlook.com, gmail.com, yahoo.com)? The suggested solution for this kind of issue will be to change the alias on your personal account so that you won't be confused with signing in.

Since I have a separate domain with e-mail, the Outlook.com account is not my main and not my only account.
So I had to perform step 2 in the tutorial.

I have the IMAP mail accounts re-set up.

So now I am back on the green field and can try to set up the Outlook.com account.

How do I add the account via "e-mail account" or via "manual configuration or additional service types"?

I have log myself correctly.

The direct way "e-mail account" does not go my e-mail address is ***** is and no @ Outlook.com address.
My account with Microsoft is my e-mail address *****

Therefore, somehow simply can not work.

I didnot install office on my laptop. It had come with preinstalled office 365 apps.
I received the purchase confirmation from lenovo germany on my gmail id (which is actually from India)
I have actually used the student discount while purchaseing the laptop using my university email id to get discount and while billing I gave my indian gmail id.
I am using the same indian gmail id for logging in to my microsoft account for activating the office on my laptop. I also tried asking for help on lenovo support but they say to ask microsoft support to give product key or activation help. I also asked microsoft but I get no response.
