Hallo zusammen,

ich habe ein Riesenproblem bei der Konfigurations von ICloud auf Windows 10 und OUTLOOK 2016.

Sobald ich KALENDER, MAIL, AUFGABEN Kästchen anklicke zum Synchronisieren, kommt folgende Fehlermeldung

"Ihre Konfiguration konnte aufgrun eines unbekannten Fehlers nicht gestartet werden".

Auch De- und Neuinstallation von Office und iCloud half nicht.

Hallo Georg,

Es scheint als wären durch das Update Einstellungen geändert oder beschädigt wurden. Bitte versuche deshalb folgende Schritte:

1. Erstelle eine neue iCloud Datei:

In Outlook, klicke auf Datei-> Kontoeinstellungen-> Einstellungen.
Wähle in Datei Registerkarte-> iCloud-> entferne iCloud wenn diese dort ist.
Schließe Outlook.
Öffne die iCloud app, zum Beispiel über die Systemsteuerung-> iCloud.
Klicke das Setup iCloud Kontakte, Kalender und Aufgaben in der Outlook Link.
Öffne Outlook wenn der Setup fertig ist.
Falls dies in Deinem Falle relevant ist, wirst Du jetzt nach Deinem iCloud Passwort gefragt.

2 - Stelle sicher das iCloud nicht als Dein Standardkonto eingestellt wurde:

Wähle Datei-> Info-> Kontoeinstellungen-> Dateien.
Falls iCloud als Hauptkonto gewählt ist, bitte wähle ein anderes Konto.
Wähle "als Standards auswählen".

3. Stelle sicher dass das iCloud Add-in aktiviert ist:

Wähle Datei Menü.
Wähle Optionen.
Klicke Add-ins in der linken Seite im Outlook Options Fenster.
Siehe in der Liste der Add-ins in der Aktive Add-ins Liste.
Wähle iCloud Add-in.

Zudem muss befor Du unsere Schritte durchführst, erst die iCloud Systemkontrolle auf der Apple Webseite runterladen. Da iCloud einen eigene Support hatt der eher geeignet ist iCloud Probleme effizient zu behandeln, empfehle ich Dir auch dort Rat zu holen.

Bitte gib Bescheid wie dies oben für Dich klappt und wenn es nicht klappt, wie jeder der Drei Schritte bei Dir funktioniert hat.

Wenn das so nicht funktioniert, solltest du mal für Outlook ein neues Mail-Profil erstellen und dann iCloud neu einrichten.

So erstellst du ein neues Mail-Profil für Outlook:

Zuerst einmal herzlichen Dank für die Antwort.

Ja ich habe nach jeder Synchronisation von Kalender und Kontakte im iCloud die Fehlermeldung erhalten; sie lautet Outlook-Konfigurationsfehler "Ihre Konfiguration konnte aufgrund eines unbekannten Fehlers nicht gestartet werden
(MAPI 0X80040604).

Ich habe mich genau 1:1 an Ihr Drehbuch gehalten
TLS 1.0, 1.1 und 1.2 waren bereits aktiviert
iCloud deinstalliert und Neustart durchgeführt
iCloud neues Download und installiert
iCloud angemeldet und danach synchronisiert mit dem Resultat im Outlook; weder Kalender noch Kontakte haben mit iCloud synchronisiert.

Hallo Pauline

Ich habe das gleiche Problem wie Heinz und bei mir haben beide Methoden nicht funktioniert. Im iCould für Windows kommt die Meldung "iCloud-Kontakte, -Kalender, -Aufgaben sind nicht im Outlook konfiguriert" und das System schlägt in einem Link darunter,
diese Konfiguration vor. Im Schritt 4 von 7 bricht diese Konfiguration leider immer ab mit dem Fehler "Outlook-Konfigurationsfehler" (Report: iCloud-Konfiguration für Outlook - Fehlerbericht (v4.8.22.0) - Fehler: 0x80040604: Up/POST:Conflict[no-ctag,p06-contacts.icloud.com])

Danke für die prompe Hilfe. Will keine Nacht länger am PC verbringen.
