If your OneDrive storage quota hasn’t updated

I understand your OneDrive storage is going to be frozen. Please understand that if you don't access your OneDrive account within 12 months, or if you exceed your storage limit, your OneDrive account will be frozen.

Was den Standartspeicher angeht kannst Du die Quota ändern.

Are you having OneDrive from your work? There could be several reasons for OneDrive not connecting. Here are some steps you can try:

-Check your internet connection. Make sure you have a stable and fast connection.
-Restart the OneDrive app or your device.
-Check if there are any updates available for OneDrive.
-Log out and log back into your OneDrive account.
-Check if the OneDrive service is down or not by visiting the OneDrive service status page. https://portal.office.com/servicestatus
-Disable your firewall or antivirus temporarily to see if that's causing the issue.
-If you still cannot connect, try resetting the OneDrive app or reinstalling it. https://support.microsoft.com/office/34701e00-bf7b-42db-b960-84905399050c
- Try in a browser or another device

You could try this, if you have all your notebooks synced and updated in the cloud, go to search box in Windows toolbar and type: Apps & Features, then find OneNote, click over it, then click on Advanced Options, next, you can try with Repair option, if doesn't
solve the issue, so, click on Reset, but remember, that process will remove all your notebooks and credentials from the app. Then sign in with your personal account and sync again.
