I am an independent advisor, and I am trying to help other users in the community with my experience with Microsoft products.

In this situation, I suggest that you use an admin account to log into Exchange Admin Center, and then click Protection> Action center to check if your account is blocked.

Note: This needs to be completed by a global admin in your Office 365 organizations. Please let your admins do this if you aren’t one.

wenn Office 2013 auf deinem PC vorinstalliert war, dann wurde dies vom Hersteller deines Rechners dort installiert und nicht von Microsoft. Melde dich mit dem Konto, welchem du dein Office zugeordnet hast hier an und installiere Office neu:
office.microsoft.com/myaccount.aspx
