Bitte installiere die 32-bit Version von Microsoft Office 2016 Professional Plus. Wende dich hierzu an deinen Verkäufer.

Ich kann hier das Verhalten nicht reproduzieren, hier wird in der 32-bit oder 64-bit Version ein Produkt-Key angezeigt.

Bitte wähle versuchsweise auf der ersten Seite die 32-bit Version aus, anschließend wird auf der nächsten Seite auch ein Produkt-Key angezeigt.

Bitte verwende diese Produkt-Key auch für die 64-bit Version von Microsoft Office 2013 Professional Plus.

Wiederhole den Vorgang ggfs. mit dem Microsoft Internet Explorer und aktualisiere mit der Taste F5.

Microsoft empfiehlt die Installation der 32-bit Version von Microsoft Office 2013 Professional Plus auch bei einer 64-bit Version von Microsoft Windows.

Konnte Microsoft Office 2013 Professional Plus erfolgreich aktiviert werden?

Nach Ablauf des Testzeitraumes muss Microsoft Office 2013 Professional Plus deinstalliert werden, weil diese Version für Endkunden nicht verfügbar ist. Microsoft Office 2013 Professional Plus ist nur im Rahmen von Volumenlizenzprogrammen und speziellen Microsoft
Lizenzprogrammen erhältlich.

zuerst einmal vielen Dank für die Beantwortung meiner Frage.

Ich meine das Produkt Office 2016 Professional Plus.

Ich bin auf die 64-Bit Variante gekommen, da sie auch auf meinem Netbook völlig problemlos läuft und der Verkäufer geschrieben hat, dass ich bei der Installation wählen kann zwischen 32- und 64 Bit.

habe aber mittlerweile eine erneute Installation durchgeführt bzw angestossen. Die Installation hängt etzt aber seit über einer Stunde.

Hätte ich gewusst, dass man sich bei einem verlorenen Key an Microsoft wenden kann, hätte ich es gemacht. Ich wusste das nicht.

Wo wurde die Lizenz zu Microsoft Office 2016 Professional Plus erworben?

Bei der Installation von Microsoft Office 2016 Professional Plus kann der Installationsort und der Installationsumfang nicht bestimmt.

Eine Installation von Microsoft Office 2016 Professional Plus erfolgt immer auf der ersten lokalen Festplatte (C).

Microsoft empfiehlt die Installation der 32-bit Version von Microsoft Office auch bei Windows 10 64-bit:
