    Hallo,


    seit dem 28. April 2020 brechen PowerPoint, Word und Excel ihren Start ab. Outlook läuft. Alles Bestandteil Office 365-Paket.

    Bis 27. April keine Probleme, an diesem Tag wurde das Update vom 14. April 2020 – KB4549951 Betriebssystembuilds 18362.778 und 18363.778 installiert Verzögerung habe ich voreingestellt.

    Habe PPT Word und Excel mehrmals deinstalliert und installiert. Fehler bleibt. Seit heute 2. Mai funktioniert die Installation nicht mehr. Sobald man diese Installation anstößt, versucht der Store gleichzeitig auch die Home and Student Version 2016 zu installieren. Das kann natürlich nicht funktionieren, weil zwei Instanzen auf einem Client gleichzeit nicht gestattet.


    Das Surface 2 ist ansonsten voll gepatched und hat außer Defender keine Security Suite.


    Bin mit meinem Latein am Ende. Hat jemand eine Idee? Danke!

    since April 28, 2020 PowerPoint, Word and Excel have stopped starting. Outlook is running. All part of the Office 365 package.

    No problems until April 27th, on that day the update from April 14th, 2020 - KB4549951 operating system builds 18362.778 and 18363.778 was installed delay I have preset.

    I uninstalled and installed PPT Word and Excel several times. Error remains. As of today May 2nd the installation stopped working. As soon as you initiate this installation, the store tries to install the Home and Student version 2016 at the same time. Of course, this cannot work because two instances are not permitted on a client at the same time.

    The Surface 2 is otherwise fully patched and has no security suite apart from Defender.

    I am at my wits´ end. Any idea what to do? Thanks!

    Lade das Microsoft Fix-It herunter, speichere dieses und führe es aus, um Microsoft 365 vollständig zu entfernen:

    Starte den PC neu.

    Melde dich hier mit dem Microsoft Konto an, dem die Lizenz von Microsoft 365 zugeordnet wurde:

    https://stores.office.com/myaccount/home.aspx

    Beginne dort die Installation.

    Konnte Microsoft 365 Professional erfolgreich installiert und aktiviert werden?

    Hier kommen verschiedene Ursachen in Betracht. Ich gehe von einer lokalen Ursache aus.

    Einen Fehler bei Microsoft schließe ich aus.

    Office Home and Student 2010 nach Windows-Neuinstallation aktivieren, ohne eine Lizenz zu verlieren?

    vielen Dank für deine Nachricht.

    Selbstverständlich ist die Installation weiter auf bis zu drei Rechnern gleichzeitig möglich. Es sind bei Microsoft Office Home and Student 2010 drei gleichzeitige Installationen zulässig. Eine Lizenz kann nicht verfallen.

    vielen Dank für deine Nachricht.

    Eine Lizenz von Microsoft Office 2013 Home and Student erlaubt nur die Installation und Aktivierung auf einem PC. Die gleichzeitige Installation
    und Aktivierung von Office 2013 Home and Student auf zwei PCs verstößt gegen die Lizenzbestimmungen.

    Für die Installation und Aktivierung auf einem zweiten PC wird somit eine weitere Lizenz benötigt:
