Installation von Microsoft Office 2013 Home and Bussiness

Guten Tag Thomas

Mein Office 2013 H+B hat jahrelang bestens funktioniert und anfangs Januar 2020 ging es nicht mehr. Fehlermeldung: Zu viele bösartige Attacken auf meinen Rechner. Habe das Office 2013 deinstalliert und mich mit meinem einzigen MS-Konto angemeldet: Mein Office 2013 ist dort registriert mit einem Produkte-Key, der mit meinem CD Key nicht übereinstimmt.

Welcher Key ist der richtige für die Installation?

Warum zeigt das MS-Konto einen anderen Key als der von CD.

Ich habe insgesamt 3 Office 2013 H+B Installationen erworben, wovon nur 1 einzige im MS-Konto angezeigt wird. Alle drei wurden schon einmal auf drei verschiedenen PC's. installiert. Aktuell habe ich nur 1 Office 2013 installiert wird nicht angezeigt im Konto

Vor Installation von Microsoft Office 2010 Home and Bussiness deinstalliere bitte Microsoft Office 2010 Home and Student.

Bitte lade das Microsoft Fix-It herunter, speichere dieses und führe es aus, um Microsoft Office 2010 vollständig zu entfernen:

Starte Microsoft Windows neu.

Installiere Microsoft Office 2010 Home and Bussiness.

Konnte Microsoft Office 2010 Home and Bussiness erfolgreich installiert und aktiviert werden?

Mittels der Windows Server Update Services (WSUS) können die Endkundenversionen von Microsoft Office 2013 (u.a. Microsoft Office 2013 Home and Buisness) nicht aktualisiert werden.

Weitere Informationen findest du hier:

Eine andere Möglichkeit besteht vorliegend nicht.

Bitte lege für jeden Rechner (jede Installation von Microsoft Office 2013 Home and Buisness) ein eigenes Microsoft Konto an. Bei der Zuweisung aller Lizenzen zu einem Microsoft Konto kann nicht mehr festgstellt werden, welche Lizenzen bereits verwendet werden.

Für dein Vorhaben ist eine Volumenlizenz zu bevorzugen, da diese speziell für Firmenkunden vorgesehen sind und für deine Anforderungen entwickelt worden sind.

Stellst du auf eine Installation mittels MSI-Installer ab?

Microsoft Office 2013 Home and Student, Home and Business und Professional kann nur als Klick-und-Los-Version installiert werden, ein MSI-Installer steht nicht zur Verfügung.

Microsoft Office 2013 Professional Plus kann als MSI-Installation ausgeführt werden.

Eine Anpassung des Installationsortes und des Installationsumfangs zu Microsoft Office 2013 Home and Student, Home and Business und Professional ist nicht möglich.

Die Installation von Microsoft Office 2013 Microsoft Office 2013 Home and Student, Home and Business und Professional erfolgt immer auf dem lokalen Laufwerk C.

Eine benutzerdefinierte Installation von Microsoft Office 2013 Home and Student, Home and Business und Professional ist nicht vorgesehen.

Hier im Forum helfen Anwender einander.

Rufe den Microsoft Support in der Schweiz unter der Rufnummern 0848 - 80 22 55 an.

Dort können deine Produkt-Keys, welche nicht deinem Microsoft Konto zugeordnet sind, überprüft werden und es kann das zugeordnete Microsoft Konto ermittelt werden.

Hier im Forum kann eine Überpüfung deiner Produkt-Keys nicht erfolgen.
