iOS OneNote seems bugging when using external Bluetooth keyboard

Hi, OneNote on iOS (iPhone 6, iOS 11) does not work properly with external Bluetooth keyboard. The text cursor moves out of the visible window, so that the user is typing somewhere right of or below the visible window. How can this be fixed? Is there a workaround / is this already a known issue?

Na, so richtig gelöst ist es nur anscheinend für Logitech-Keyboards.

Ironischerweise verursacht mein Universal Foldable Keyboard von Microsoft immer noch das "z"-Problem.

Auf meinem Samsung Tab S3 mit Keyboard Cover, welches sich mit Pogo Pins anstatt Bluetooth verbindet, besteht das Problem ebenfalls weiterhin.

Das Problem besteht z.B. nicht in Word, sondern betrifft soweit mir bekannt nur OneNote.

Kann es sein, dass Du uns verschwiegen hast, dass Du eine externe (Bluetooth-)Tastatur verwendest ?

Hi Peter,

thanks for the fast response.

I am using a surface 5 and an original Microsoft Bluetooth Mouse.

Unfortunately, the keyboard and mouse center will not detect the Bluetooth mouse and also the original Microsoft Surface Type Cover.

I also tried to connect with a standard USB Keyboard. Also does not work.

Here is the fault report:

"No supported Hardware could be found"

Ich habe dasselbe Problem mit mehreren iPad 4 und iPad Air 2 (iOS 10.3.2) in unserer Firma. Es gehen sowohl der Kensington PresentAir als auch eine Logitech Ultrathin Keyboard Cover Bluetooth-Tastatur mit der aktuellen PowerPoint for iOS Version 2.2.1 nicht
mehr. Ich hatte noch ein Gerät mit einer älteren PowerPoint-Version, wo das weiterschalten von Folien über die Cursor-Tasten problemlos funktionierte. Nach dem Update auf die aktuelle Version ging es dann nicht mehr.

Meiner Meinung nach liegt das Problem eindeutig an der PowerPoint-App.

Ist das Problem vielleicht doch bei Microsoft bekannt???

But when i tried to input these Vowel's combinations in Office 2010 via the same keyboard layout (working correctly in LibreOffice) I got no results.

Result:

Office 2010 seems to be incompatible to Windows 8 CP.
