Login in to outlook app on mac os

Ich kann dir auf Deutsch beantworten, denn du hast im Deutschen Community geschrieben.
Bitte öffne Outlook und im Hilfe Menü finde die Optioin Check for Updates. Installiere die Updates und starte dein MAC neu.
Wenn es nicht funktioniert, prüf ob du dritte Parte Add ins installiert hast und entfernne diese.
Du kannst auch dein Outlook Profil neu erstellen. Gehe zu ~/Library/Group Containers/UBF8T346G9.Office/Outlook/Outlook 15 Profiles/Main Profile/Data und suche nach Outlook.sqllite. Lösche diese Datei und starte Outlook neu.

Sie hat mir – indirekt – geholfen, das Problem tatsächlich zu lösen.

Updaten kann ich nicht mehr, dafür ist mein Mac leider zu alt – aber ich habe in Outlook (als ich nachsehen wollte, welche Version ich verwende) die Antwort Deiner Kollegen aus dem Sommer wiedergefunden, und das hat sofort wieder funktioniert!

This could also be an issue with the ADAL tokens saved locally under 'Keychain Access'. Outlook might be picking up the old/expired tokens from the Keychain resulting in an error message. Can we try
clearing the Keychain entries once again by following the steps mentioned below and verify the result.

Steps to clear ADAL entries from Keychain:

1. Quit Outlook and other Office 365 applications completely. Go to the "Keychain Access". (Go -> Utilities -> Keychain Access)

2. Select 'Login' and 'All Items' on the left sidebar.

3. At the top right corner, search for "Exchange" and delete everything.

3. Search "Office" and delete everything.

4. Search "ADAL" and delete everything.

5. Once done, open Outlook for Mac and try to setup your account.

Ich vermute, es hängt damit zusammen, dass a) mein Rechner so alt ist und b) das Passwort abläuft. Alle anderen Apps haben damit kein Problem – nur eben Outlook. Jetzt werde ich mir die Lösung an unterschiedliche Stellen ablegen, sodass ich sie beim
nächsten Mal schnell finde.

Hello everybody!

As of March 9th, the problem seems to be resolved:
<br />It's possible again to select OneDrive in the setting of the Files app on iPad OS.
<br />When it's selected here, files on OneDrive can seemingly be opened in any app on the iPad.

Hallo Frank,

seitens Microsoft habe ich die Mitteilung, dass sich das Problem nicht nachvollziehen lasse:

"... tried a .docx and a .doc, as well as emailing them to open through Outlook. In all cases, VoiceOver was able to read the document even with read only or compatibility mode on."

Kannst du bitte die genaue Office-Version mitteilen und ob das Problem eventuell nach einem Update von Office oder Mac Os aufgetaucht ist?

Editing of Sways on the web app is not supported on small, mobile device screens so there will not be an edit button to find. We do currently have an iOS app that will allow you to edit on that platform.
