Default font for all styles in normalemai.dotm is Segoe UI Semilight. A declared a style named "msonormal" with the same font.Clicking a mailto-Link with a body-paramter mailot:xxxx@xxxxxx?body=test overwrites my msonormal-style in Outlook with the font "Calibri". Hallo Robert,

bei mir stehen die Ränder auf 19,05 im IE und trotzdem geht es nicht.

XP mit SP3 müsste doch noch supportet werden. Was ist denn mit Virtuellem XP unter Windows 7 Prof.?

Habe auch einen Rechner mit Win7, IE9 und Office 2010 hier - da kommt es noch mal anders raus! - Nur nicht wie es soll!

Ein Rechner WIN7 mit IE9 und Office 2003 macht es merkwürdiger weise richtig.

Nur in den meisten Fällen heißt es leider nicht "what you see is what you get"!

In deinem Link schreibt einer folgendes - dachte ein Hotfix würde das Problem beheben!

Wenn ich eine Mail bekomme, kann ich die ja nicht noch umformatieren!

Ich habe mich auch sehr intensiv mit diesem Problem beschäftigt, da ich das selbe Problem hatte. Du kannst das folgendermaßen lösen.

Beim Ausdrucken werden leider die Angaben im Bereich <Style> - </Style> nicht mit berücksichtigt. Somit musst du die Angaben bei jedem Element direkt mit übergeben, was Formatierungen usw. betrifft.

Beispiel für den Body:

<BODY style="BACKGROUND-COLOR: #FFF; margin-top: 20px; margin-right: 18px; margin-left: 60px; margin-bottom: 20px; FONT-Family: Tahoma, Geneva, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt" bgColor=#FFFFFF>

Auch um gleiche Formatierungen für oder andere Abschnitte zu erhalten, musst du diese direkt dem Element übergeben. Leider!! Sonst hast du immer beim Ausdruck eine andere Ansicht wie auf dem Bildschirm. Das selbe Problem tritt auch bei Tobit auf und ist
somit keine Problem nur von Outlook.
