Microsoft 365 Family-Übertrag von Outlook 2010 auf Outlook 365?

Hallo MS, habe heute MS365 Family gekauft und installiert. Alles prima, nur wurde keine Outlook-App installiert, sondern es ist noch die alte Outlook2010-App aktiv und startet wenn ich in MS365-App den Outlook-Button drücke. Wie kann ich die neue Version nutzen und die alten Mails/Konten/Anhänge ins neue Outlook unter MS 365 bekommen? Die WEbversion von Outlook funktioniert, aber dort kann ich die PST-Datei nicht inportieren... Zumindest habe ich keine Möglichkeit gefunden, weil sich alle Hilfe-Infos auf die lokale App-Version von Outlook365 beziehen.Danke für Eure Hilfe...Grüße

<br />mit einem Freund gemeinsam haben wir eine Domain mit 3 Mailadressen in ein 365 Family übernommen, in dem auch Mailadressen des Freundes sind und nun sollte die Domain mit den 3 Mailadressen in ein neu abzuschließendes Microsoft 365 (ein family oder business standard) übertragen werden ohne Mails zu verlieren, wie gehe ich am besten dabei vor?

Ich habe eine neue Anfrage.

Bei einem Wechsel auf Microsoft 365 Family wird der Lizenzbetrag vollständig berechnet. Die noch vorhandene Laufzeit von Microsoft 365 Single wird anteilig dem neuen Abonnement von Microsoft 365 Family hinzugefügt. Dieses kann im Microsoft Konto überprüft
werden.

Sichere deine Daten und Einstellungen in Microsoft Outlook manuell, soweit möglich:

Lade das Microsoft Fix-It herunter, speichere dieses und führe es aus, um Microsoft 365 vollständig zu entfernen:

welche Konten und welche Protokolle werden genutzt?

Warum hattest du Office 365 Family gewählt wo es doch hier um Outlook 2010 geht?

Hinweis: Office 2010 wird nur noch bis Oktober weitere Updates erhalten du solltest dich rechtzeitig nach einer aktuellen Version umsehen www.office.microsoft.com

Mein Fehler. Ich verwende Microsoft 365 mit dem Microsoft Exchange-Protokoll. Das Kontakte-App von Windows verwendet mein Live-Konto.
