ich hab das Gleiche Problem.

Wenn ich auf Ihren Link klicke, komme ich leider nur zur offiziellen MS-Seite.

Ich hab meinen Win 10 PC neu aufgesetzt und habe keine DVD meiner MS Office Home and Student 2010-Version. Können Sie mir bitte sagen, wo ich diese herunterladen kann?

Microsoft Office 2010 Home and Student und Microsoft Office 2013 Home and Student enthalten jeweils eine Lizenz.

Microsoft Office 2010 Home and Student erlaubt die Installation auf bis zu drei Geräten im gleichen Haushalt.

Microsoft Office 2013 Home and Student erlaubt die Installation auf nur einem Gerät.

Auch nach Einlösung des Upgrades darf Microsoft Office 2010 Home and Student weiter verwendet werden.

Bei weiteren Fragen stehen wir dir jederzeit gern zur Verfügung.

Bitte führe zunächst eine Reparaturinstallation von Microsoft Office 2010 Home and Student aus: Systemsteuerung, Programme und Feature, Microsoft Office 2010 Home and Student, Ändern, Reparieren.

Kann anschließend Microsoft Word 2010 gestartet werden?

Nach deinen Angaben wurde Microsoft Office 2010 Home and Student im Zeitraum Herbst 2012 bis zum 30.04.2013 erworben. In diesem Zeitraum erworbene Lizenzen für Microsoft Office 2010 Home and Student berechtigten zum kostenfreien Upgrade auf Microsoft Office
2013 Home and Student bis zum 31.05.2017.

Bei Durchführung des kostenfreien Upgrades auf Microsoft Office 2013 Home and Student durfte die Installation und Aktivierung nur auf einem Gerät installiert werden.

Microsoft Office 2010 Home and Student ddarf weiter verwendet werden.

Ich freue mich auf eine Rückmeldung.

Nach Kontakt mit dem Support habe ich dort die rechtlich verbindliche Auskunft erhalten, dass nach dem Upgrade von Microsoft Office 2010 Home and Student auf Microsoft Office 2013 Home and Student die drei Lizenzen (3 Rechner/1User) der 2010er-Version
weiterhin gültig bleiben.

Konkret heißt dies, dass nach dem Upgrade auf vier Rechnern eines Haushalts Office Home and Student installiert werden können. 1x Microsoft Office 2013 Home and Student und 3x Microsoft Office 2010 Home and Student.
