Microsoft Office 2011 Product Key

Ich habe vor einigen Jahren eine Lizenz für Microsoft Office 2011 für Mac gekauft und einen 20-stelligen Produkt Key erhalten.

Nun habe ich einen neuen Mac und habe versucht über die Website https://www.microsoft.com/de-de/software-download/office

die entsprechende Version von Office neu herunterzuladen, allerdings wird hier ein 25-stelliger Produkt Key verlangt.

Wie kann ich Microsoft Office 2011 trotzdem herunterladen?

Ohne Kenntnis des Produkt-Key ist eine Neuaktivierung von Microsoft Office 2011 für Mac nicht möglich.

Microsoft ersetzt keine Produkt-Key für Microsoft Office 2011 für Mac mehr.

Es muss eine neue Lizenz erworben werden:

Sollte dir der Produkt-Key zu Microsoft Office 2011 für Mac nicht mehr vorliegen, kann Microsoft diesen nicht erneut bereitstellen und es muss eine neue Lizenz erworben werden:

ich habe das office mac 2011 home&student erworben und im microsoft Konto wird kein Abonnement angezeigt, obwohl ich schon vor dem download den product key eingegeben habe!
