Hey Community!I wanted to re-activate my Microsoft Office 2016 Suite on my newly reset Macbook and have issues with the product activation login works fine, so Mail and password are correct.I get the Error message "Machine activation error. There was an error in attempting to activate this machine, please try activating by phone...". When I click "activate by phone" I get directed to a new window, where I can select my country, the respective support hotline is shown and the next steps indicate that on that hotline I should provide the given installation key which is also shown in this wind

Hallo
ich habe parallel noch weiter gesucht und folgenden Beitrag (Microsoft 365 apps activation error "Another account from your organization is already signed in on this computer") gefunden [Link], damit lies sich das Problem beheben.
Auch nach mehreren Neustarts blieb die Aktivierung erhalten.

Hallo,

wende dich an den Verkäufer. Office wurde unter einer anderen Adresse bereits registriert und somit kannst du es nicht nutzen. Der Verkäufer soll dir einen neuen Lizenz-Key zukommen lassen.
