Microsoft office mobile

Hallo,

ich habe ein Microsoft Lumia 950. Das vorinstallierte Office-mobile-Paket funktioniert allerdings jetzt nur noch eingeschränkt. Wenn ich ein Word-Dokument oder eine Excel-Tabelle ändern möchte, dann kriege ich immer angezeigt, dass ich eine Office 365 Version kaufen soll.

Was kann ich tun?

 vielen Dank für deine Anfrage.
 Auf einem Android Gerät können nur die Microsoft Office Mobile Apps installiert.
 Eine Lizenz von Microsoft Office 2016 berechtigt nicht zur Aktivierung von Microsoft Office Mobile Apps.
 Zur Nutzung von Microsoft Office Mobile Apps auf einem Android Gerät muss ein Microsoft 365 Abonnement vorliegen.
 Ich freue mich auf deine Rückmeldung.

 vielen Dank für deine Anfrage. Ich habe eine neue Anfrage erstellt.
 Deinstalliere die installierte Office Mobile App auf deinem Gerät.
 Lade die Office Mobile App aus dem Google Play Store neu herunter.
 Installiere die Office Mobile App.
 Starte Word aus der Office Mobile App.
 Melde dich nach Aufforderung mit deinem Microsoft Konto an, dem das Abonnement von Microsoft 365 Family zugeordnet ist.
 Konnte die Installation und Aktivierung der Office Mobile App erfolgreich abgeschlossen werden?

Du möchest die Office Mobile Apps auf dem Android Tablet nutzen:

Für die Nutzung der erweiterten Funktionen in den Office Mobile Apps muss die Anmeldung mit einem Microsoft Konto ertfolgen, dem eine Lizenz von Office 365 zugeordnet wurde.

Eine Dauerlizenz von Microsoft Office 2016 ist nicht ausreichend für die Aktivierrung er erweiterten Funktionen in den Office Mobile Apps.

Die mobilen Geräte (Office Mobile Apps) werden im Microsoft Konto nicht angezeigt.

Die Office Mobile Apps können jederzeit neu auf einem Gerät installiert, eine vorherige Deaktivierung ist nicht vorgesehen.

Ich freue mich auf deine Rückmeldung.
