Hallo,

wenn ich versuche meine Microsoft Office Professional Plus 2013 (erworben über Arbeitgeber) auf meinem neuen privaten Laptop zu installieren, werden nur Microsoft Note runtergeladen. Hierfür habe ich zunächst meinen Lizenzschlüssel auf der Microsoft Homepage verifiziert und anschließend Office runtergeladen. Die runtergeladene Version von Microsoft Office Professional Plus 2013 enthält nur OneNote, jegliche Programme (PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Outlook), die mir bisher zur Verfügung standen werden nicht runtergeladen.

Nach deinen Angaben besteht ein Fehler in der Windows-Installation.

Ich empfehle, eine Repartaur von Windows 10 durchzuführen:

Bitte lade das Microsoft Fix-It herunter, speichere dieses und führe es aus, um Microsoft Office 2013 vollständig zu entfernen:

Starte den PC neu.

Installiere Microsoft Office 2013 Professional Plus neu.

Konnte Microsoft Office 2013 Professional Plus erfolgreich installiert und aktiviert werden?

Sorry für mein Versäumnis - Ich habe Office Professional Plus 2019

Auf meinem (alten) Laptop habe ich Windows 10 ohne Microsoft-Konto genutzt und auch das Office nur offline benutzt

Diesen Laptop habe ich so von privat erworben

Nun soll die Lizenz auf meinen neuen (Windows 10 personalisierten) Laptop übertragen werden

Daraufhin habe ich mich bei de "alten" Office nachträglich mit eine MS-Konto angemeldet.

Der Fehlercode 0-1012 (0) steht sehr häufig mit einer Beschädigung der Windows-Installation, welche fast eine immer eine Neuinstallation von Windows 10 erfordern.

Installiere Windows 10.

Installiere Microsoft Office 2019 Professional Plus neu.

Konnte Microsoft Office 2019 Professional Plus erfolgreich installiert und aktiviert werden?
