Microsoft Word - Replace Header/ Footer

Is it possible to replace the header/footer in multiple documents without changing the document properties?

Unfortunately not for a batch of files. Individually when double clicking the header or the footer it will edit all of them but of the same file.

Was soll in Kopf- und Fußzeilen geändert werden, welche Dokumenteigenschaften sollen nicht geändert, sondern beibehalten werden?

Grundsätzlich ist doch davon auszugehen, dass Dokumente nach Änderungen gespeichert werden müssen und dann zumindest das Änderungs- bzw. Speicherdatum angepasst wird.

Würde es sich bei den Inhalten der Kopf-/Fußzeilen beispielsweise um Verknüpfungen zu anderen Dokumenten oder Schnellbausteinen handeln, dann würden sich Änderungen an der Datenquelle nicht auf Datumsangaben des Zieldokuments auswirken, solange es nicht
geöffnet und erneut gespeichert würde.

Falsche Antwort! Man kann mit VBA auch alle Dateien oder Vorlagen in einem Ordner öffnen und darin Änderungen vornehmen.

False answer! It's possible to open and edit all files or templates in one directory by VBA.

Vielen Dank für die Antwort.

Grundsätzlich müssen wir in der Kopfzeile das Logo ändern sowie Telefonnummern etc. in der Fusszeile. Das muss nun bei allen Vorlage Dokumenten/ QM-Dokumenten gemacht werden (mehrere 100 Dokumente). Die Kopf-/ Fusszeilen haben keine Verknüpfungen zu andernen
Dokumenten. Das Änderungsdatum und das Speicherdatum dürften geändert werden. Weitere Eigenschaften wie der Ersteller sollten jedoch beibehalten werden.
