Dear community Due to several customers reporting an error message in Outlook while using our COM-Addin, I have stumbled upon a strange behaviour in Outlook, using the M365 Current Channel. The Problem does not occur on the SemaiAnnual as well as the Monthly Enterprise Channel. There seems to be a problem with multilevel lists when used in Outlook themes.I was able to identify the first version to show this behaviour as the Version 2108 Build 14326.20238 from the 25th August 2021. Im Backstage-Bereich einer beliebigen Office-Anwendung unter Account -> Office Updates -> Update Options -> Update now (bzw. das jeweilige dt. Equivalent) aufrufen.

Hallo!
 Es handelt sich um einen Bug im letzten Update von M365, der gerade in allen Access-Foren der Welt diskutiert wird. Hier die Übersetzung meiner Standardantwort:
 Viele Beiträge in den letzten Tagen berichten, dass durch M365 Current Channel Version 2201 Build 16.0.14827.20158 vom 26. Januar folgende Probleme verursacht werden:
 - eine persistente .laccdb, ein Access Geister-Prozess
 - Fehler 3048 "kann keine weiteren Datenbanken öffnen"
- andere Fehler wie "DB wird bereits von Admin verwendet"

Die einzige Abhilfe besteht bisher darin, zu einem älteren Build von M365 zurückzukehren. Siehe auch den Versionsverlauf von M365.

Ich habe das Problem auch bei Microsoft gemeldet.

Gestern Abend ging das Office 8201.2075 per Update nebst dem Office Insider Slow Kanal ebenfalls in den Current Channel.

Dies betrifft nun ebenfalls alle im regulären Current Channel. Den gleichen Fehlertaucht konnte ich dort ebenfalls bereits feststellen.

Mal sehen was der nächste Build bringt.

ich habe nochmal bei MS nachgefragt:

Der Fix hat es nicht in 13127.20378 geschafft. Es ist also normal, dass du das Problem noch siehst. Es wird in deinem "Aktuellen Kanal (Vorschau) = Current Channel (Preview)" erst mit dem nächsten Update gefixt werden.

Die spannende Frage ist, warum bei Michael Ri. mit der selben Build-Nummer der Fehler weg sein sollte.

@Michael Ri., falls du das liest, kannst du vielleicht auch deine genaue Versionsinfo samt Update-Kanal posten?

Deine am Anfang der Diskussion genannte 13127.20296 gab es auch im anderen
Current Channel (ohne Preview) und dort wurde das Problem mit dem offiziell fixenden Build 13127.20408 behoben.

Ich möchte dich darauf aufmerksam machen, dass das Update zwischen
Dezember und Januar nur für den Aktuellen Update Kanal
(Current Channel) bereitgestellt wird.

Kunden, die auf den Zurückgestellten Kanal (Deferred Channel) sind,
erhalten das Update im Juni 2017.

Zitat aus dem Artikel weiter oben:

"*Please note: Customers who have updates set to the Deferred Channel will receive this update in June 2017. To learn more about the Deferred Channel, see
Overview of update channels for Office 365 ProPlus."
