I made my first purchases while living in germany in america in 2021, then when I want to extend my game pass account in xbox I am in a store in India. Only recently through Google Play I started to pay a monthly subscription and now I see that it was in dollars and somehow recently I bought it in euros for a year and then again for a year by accident and I can't take it back, On the computer it pops up that I'm in some organization and I'm noI made my first purchases while living in germany in america in 2021, then when I want to extend my game pass account in xbox I am in a store in India. I didnot install office on my laptop. It had come with preinstalled office 365 apps.
I received the purchase confirmation from lenovo germany on my gmail id (which is actually from India)
I have actually used the student discount while purchaseing the laptop using my university email id to get discount and while billing I gave my indian gmail id.
I am using the same indian gmail id for logging in to my microsoft account for activating the office on my laptop. I also tried asking for help on lenovo support but they say to ask microsoft support to give product key or activation help. I also asked microsoft but I get no response.

Thanks. I´m an American living now in Germany and having problems with my German MS version. What is then for MS and any forum to help me, my "native language"? The German MS site, seems to provide helpful answers in German.

ad 1: Number of unique actually active t-online customers in Germany every month moves around 30 million (source de.statista.com). The t-online.de web-site is under the top-ten in Germany and at position 300 worldwide (source wikipedia).

ad 2: The major market competitors to t-online in Germany are: AOL, Freenet and United Internet (source Handelsblatt)

I'm aware of that. But what's puzzling is that other programs that are only included in Office 365 appear in my applications, e.g. Outlook and Access. So what's operating in my laptop right now is defintely Office 365 and not just an Office Home with a
wrong logo.
