Neuinstallation Office 2013 Home and Student

Hallo,

nachdem mein altes Notebook den Geist aufgegeben hat, wollte ich o.g. Software auf dem neuen Gerät installieren, erhalte aber die Fehlermeldung "Dieses Produkt kann nicht aktiviert werden, weil der Produkt Key nicht gültig ist".

Jetzt die Frage: Wie lässt sich das Problem beheben? Ich kann die alte Installation auf dem kaputten Notebook ja nicht rückgängig machen.

Ich weiß nicht mehr, wo ich die Software her habe, kann mich nur noch dran erinnern, dass ich sie damals problemlos telefonisch aktiviert habe. Aber das wird ja nicht mehr angeboten von MS.

Bitte melde dich nach Neuinstallation von Microsoft Windows 10 hier mit dem Microsoft Konto an, dem die Lizenz von Microsoft Office 2013 Home and Student während der Einlösung des Upgrades zugeordnet wurde:

Beginne dort die Installation.

Sollte das zugeordnete Microsoft Konto nicht mehr bekannt sein, kann dieses von Microsoft nicht ermittelt werden. Eine Neuinstallation und Aktivierung von Microsoft Office 2013 Home and Student ist dann nicht möglich.

Bitte notiere das Microsoft Konto, dem die Lizenz von Microsoft Office 2013 Home and Student zugeordnet wurde. Damit ist zu einem späteren Zeitpunkt eine Neuinstallation Microsoft Office 2013 Home and Student möglich.

Die Installationsdatei kann verwendet werden, aber nach der Installation muss eine Verbindung mit dem Microsoft Konto erfolgen, dem die Lizenz von Microsoft Office 2013 Home and Student zugeordnet wurde.

Sollte das zugeordnete Microsoft Konto nicht mehr bekannt sein, kann dieses von Microsoft nicht ermittelt werden. Eine Neuinstallation und Aktivierung von Microsoft Office 2013 Home and Student ist dann nicht möglich.

Du bist dann auf die Installation von Microsoft Office 2010 Home and Student beschränkt.

Ohne Kenntnis des Microsoft Kontos, dem die Lizenz von Microsoft Office 2013 Home and Student zugeordnet wurde, ist eine Neuinstallation und Aktivierung nicht möglich.

Der Microsoft Support kann das Microsoft Konto, welchem die Lizenz von Microsoft Office 2013 Home and Student zugeordnet wurde, bei einem Upgade von Microsoft Office 2010 Home and Student nicht ermitteln.
