O365 and Visio 2019 - Installation order - Activation issues

Hi Community,

maybe one of you can help. I use O365 Pro Plus and have to install Visio 2019 Professional separately. Once Visio is installed, O365 is no longer activated and a license is required which doesn't work.

But if you install Visio first and then O365, it will work.

We use the following configuration:

O365 x64

16.0.11929.20562

User based license

Visio 2019 Professional x64

16.0.11929.20776

KMS activation

What has already been tested?

- using office repair /quick repair - online repair doesn't work -> error 30033x9

- sign in, sign out

- use cscript ospp.vbs /unpkey:......

- use updated version of O365

- deleted all cached identities and following all steps from https://docs.microsoft.com/de-de/of...ion/reset-office-365-proplus-activation-state

But again, when you install Visio first it works wihtout any issues but it's not solution to reinstall the whole O365 suite.

danke für die schnelle Antwort. Leider kann das keine Lösung für 2000 potentielle Clients sein, dass ich einmal die gesamte Office Suite reinstalliere, die User sich neue Outlook Profile anlegen nur weil mir keiner technisch erklären kann, was da schief
läuft

Ich versuche dir weiter zu helfen aber brauche mehrere Informationen zu diesen Anliegen? Bekommst du eine Fehlermeldung? Wenn ja, kannst du uns ein Screenshot zukommen lassen.
