Office 2010 Download funktioniert nicht

Hallo Pauline,

habe doch noch eine Frage: Wenn ich mir Office Professional plus downloade, ist es egal, dass es eine EDU Version ist oder?

Ich könnte einfach hier (http://www.chip.de/downloads/Microsoft-Office-2010-Professional-Plus-64-Bit_43411633.html) downloaden und das funktioniert? Bei MS direkt finde ich keinen passenden download :/

der Download funktioniert nicht. Die Fehlermeldung lautet:

"Der angegebene Office 2010 Product Key ist für die Aktivierung gesperrt und berechtigt somit nicht zum kostenlosen Download. Wenn Sie eine kostenlose Testversion herunterladen oder Office 2010-Produkte erwerben möchten, rufen Sie die Website „http://buyoffice.microsoft.com
“ auf."

Ich habe auf der Mircosoft Office Site nach einer Download-Möglichkeit für Office 2010 gesucht.

Leider kann ich die genaue Adresse nicht mehr angeben.

Microsoft hat den Link zum Download mittlerweile ja sehr gut versteckt.

Die Seite die ich gefunden hatte, verlangte von mir zunächst die Eingabe des Key´s bevor der Download von 2010 starten sollten.

Hier bekam ich die Meldung, dass mein Produkt Key nicht gültig wäre.

Mit dem oben stehenden Link hat der Download und auch die Aktivierung dann problemlos funktioniert.

Vielen Dank. Es kam immer eine Fehleranzeige am Ende eines Downloads. Es hat also nicht funktioniert.

Stimmt das aus wirklich, dass Office 2010 darauf läuft? Konnte nämlich auch in google nirgendwo einen download finden.

Ich wollte eben mein Office 2010 Home and Business neu meinen Computer installieren. Ich hatte es bereits auf meinem alten und habe die Produkt Key noch.

Ich bin auf folgenden Link gegangen, wo beschreiben wird, dass man dort Office neu installieren kann: https://support.office.com/de-de/article/Installieren-von-Office-2010-1b8f3c9b-bdd2-4a4f-8c88-aa756546529d?ui=de-DE&rs=de-DE&ad=DE

Als ich dann dort auf " Office
mit Ihrem Product Key herunterladen und installieren" klickte kam folgende Fehlermeldung:
