Office 2019 in conjunction with Windows 10 Update 1909

Since the Windows 10 update 1909 I have no e-mail reception + outbox in Outlook and I get the error message 0x800CCC0F - which can mean pretty much anything.
If I restore the previous state by restoring an image, reception is immediately flawless. The account settings in Outlook are always the same and match the current settings from GMX!
Having previously used Office 2016, my final thought was to buy and install Office 2019. This worked well up to the point of successful activation, but unfortunately it did not change the problem with the Windows update 1909 and the non-functioning e-mail traffic.
And yes, I stopped the firewall with no effect.
And yes, I have a working internet connection
In the command prompt with administrative rights, the command "netstat -b" does not display Outlook.exe, which is supposed to indicate that Outlook is damaged. I don't believe that, though.
I have absolutely no other advice. Have you ever heard of such a phenomenon and can you help me?

thank you for the quick answer. Unfortunately, the suggestion did not help. I have also done the troubleshooting including reinstalling Office.

Before the Office Update I installed the Windows 10 updates KB4528760, KB4532938 and the function update 1909.

Unter "https://docs.microsoft.com/de-de/windows/release-information/status-windows-10-2004" ist zu lesen, dass der Sprung von 1903 auf 2020 direkt unterstützt wird:

Current status as of June 16, 2020
Windows 10, version 2004 is available for users with devices running Windows 10, versions 1903 and 1909, who manually seek to “Check for updates” via Windows Update...

Und, ja, mein Rechner ist schon über sechs Jahre alt, und er fühlt sich noch an wie neu - gab's noch nie.

Nach dem Patch-Update keine Besserung!

Daher bin ich zu vorigen Windows 10 Pro zurückgekehrt.

Version 1909

Build 18363.1139.

Da funktioniert das Programm richtig. Das Passwort bleibt gespeichert.

Der Bereich Office updates wird nicht angezeigt. Als Produktbezeichnung wird MS Office 2019 gezeigt.Darunter steht die bereits genannte Version 1909 und die Build 12026.20344 MS Store, darunter steht noch monatlicher Kanal.

Sagt Dir das was ?
