Office 365 Web profile photo does not sync with native apps.

This user is have an issue that the native, desktop applications such as Word, Excel, etc. does not sync the photo on online versions. Skype, and all of the other online accounts DO sync the photo. He has reinstalled office 365, signed-in and signed-out and done whatever he could do.

Meine Lizenz heißt Office 365 A1 for students.

Und der genaue Wortlaut ist: This account does not allow editing on your device. For an account with full access, contact your organisation about your Office 365 plan.

Es ist ein schon bekanntes Problem, das in der Englisch
Community besprochen wurde. Ich habe auch selbst getestet und das Profilfoto wurde nicht geändert. Du kannst auch deine Meinung in

laut diesem Beitrag kann die Access Web App mit Office 365 Small Business Premium verwendet werden:

Um dein Abo umzustellen, musst du dein Office 365 Home Premium Abo kündigen und dann ein Abo für Office 365 Small Business Premium kaufen. Weitere Informationen über Office 365 Small Business Premium findest du hier:
