Liebe Community,

ich habe mir ein neues Konto eingerichtet und aus Versehen angeklickt, dass ich Lehrerin bin. Ich möchte mich allerdings als Studentin anmelden. Wie kann ich diese Information denn ändern?

es ist nicht möglich ein Abo von Office 365 Home, Personal oder University in ein Abo von Office 365 für Unternehmen (dazu zählt auch Office 365 Education) zu ändern. Du müsstest ein neues Abo abschließen und dieses dann auch neu installieren, da die Installation/Aktivierung
bei Office 365 für Unternehmen über ein Organisations-Konto und nicht wie bei Office 365 Home, Personal oder University über ein Microsoft Konto erfolgt.

ich habe genau das selbe Problem Unsere Hochschule unterstützt Office für Studenten wohl auf anderem Wege und ich möchte mein Educational Konto einfach nur gelöscht haben.

 I bought the licence from a third-party provider and made a note in my licences at the time. There I noted "See OneDrive account". Unfortunately, this means I don't have a key.
 
 What now? :-(
