Office / Outlook for Mac is draining battery very rapidly

With latest Office update ( 15.21 ) Office Applications ( especially Outlook for Mac on MacBook Air 13 inch ( SierraOS 10.12.1) are draining the battery like hell. The fan of the MacBook Air is permanently running.

--> what is the issue here and what is a potential solution to come back to normal power consumption mode?

Es gibt da tatsächlich ein Klassenmodul mit Namen Dictionary und mit folgendem Kommentar im Kopf:

"Drop-in replacement for Scripting.Dictionary on Mac"

As I'm not longer an employee of this company and the company itself isn't existing anymore I thought I can copy/move my files and folders to my private OneDrive-Space.
That is really very very bad......but anyway: Thanks for your information !
