Offline VBA help for Office 2016 - a program solution for developers

Hello,

I need advice from a MVP.

I have written a program, which uses the Office 2013 development help files (VBA) which Microsoft provides to download on this page

https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/download/details.aspx?id=40326

to display offline VBA help for developers using Office 2016 which has no offline help.

Developers need quick help when programming and sometimes the internet speed is to slow.

Does Microsoft allow that I distribute that program as freeware?

I would not provide the chm files to the users but would give the link above for downloading the files.

Currently I have copied the headers of the topics of the chm files in a text file for quicker search and quick jump to the topics which I would provide when the program would be distributed.

Of cause I can send you the working program including the source code for checking.

Can you please give me feedback if Microsoft allows to distribute this program as freeware?

in Office 2016 gibt es keine Offline-Hilfe mehr. Wenn du möchtest, dass sie Offline-Hilfe wieder eingeführt wird, gib bitte hier deine Stimme ab:

hallo zusammen,
danke für die schnelle Antwort.
Leider haben der erster Lösungsvorschlag, wie auch der zweite Lösungsvorschlag, nicht funktioniert. Der zweite Lösungsvorschlag funktioniert nicht, weil es die Abmeldeoption für Office für meine Geräte nicht gibt.
Ich habe weiterhin eine gültige Einladung für Office 365 Family ohne es ale ein Nutz von 5 nutzen zu können. Ich werde wiederholt aufgerufen, mein altes Abo aus 2013 zu erneuern. Ich möchte Office 365 gern offline stationär nutzen.
Ich hoffe ihr habt für mich eine Lösung.

thank you for the quick answer.
Unfortunately, the first suggested solution, as well as the second suggested solution, did not work. The second suggested solution doesn't work because the unsubscribe option for Office doesn't exist for my devices.
I still have a valid invitation for Office 365 Family without being able to use it ale one use out of 5. I am repeatedly called to renew my old subscription from 2013. I would like to use Office 365 offline stationary.
I hope you guys have a solution for me.
