One Drive Personal on business notebook - Access from Admin?

I understand your concern is regarding possibility of your company being able to access your data on Personal OneDrive.

Please find my answers in the same order:

1. If you have enabled sync from your personal OneDrive to local folder and your company has any rule/policy enabled to scan/access your local files, then they could possibly access those files.

2. Folders that are 'Online' available only will not be accessible as they would need your credentials to access.

3. Admin will not be able to login to your Personal OneDrive as that would also require your credentials.

Ich kann mich bei one drive business gar nicht mehr anmelden. „Fehler beim Herstellen einer Verbindung mit one drive“ erscheint. „Fehlercode 0x8004de40)“

I am , Independent Advisor, to work with you on this issue. You should create a new notebook in Onenote online and copy the sections there from these .one files (on a Windows computer). Then you can access these onenotes from your Mac also

if I could - instead of installing Win 10 and OneNote 2016 - just subscribe to Microsoft 365 to get access to my old OneNote files on my MAC? - This won't work.

Danke für deine schnelle Antwort. Der Default Ordner im One Drive Business wird erst bei der Erstellung von einem neuen Notizbuch mit One Note Online oder One Note 2016 angezeigt.

Bei der Erstellung von neuen Notizbücher via One Note Windows 10 APP, werden diese leider nicht im Default Ordner Notebooks, sondern wie erwähnt als einzelne Datei gespeichert. Dass heist meine OneDrive Ordnerstruktur hat z.B. 20 einzelne
One Note Notizbücher zu den bestehenden Ordner und damit sehr unübersichtlich..

Wo kann ich in der Windows 10 One Note APP einstellen, dass diese im Default Ordner Notebooks bei One Drive Business direkt gespeichert werden?

Ich bin auf die Windows 10 APP umgestiegen, da die bestehende One Note 2016 mit Office 2019 nicht mehr weiter entwickelt wird, aber der Speicherort vom Notizbuch ist natürlich sehr wichtig.

Das Problem besteht nur bei One Drive Business und nicht bei One Drive privat.
